As Customer Manager, you will be responsible for the P&amp;L and strategic  leadership of the customer across the broad and strong branded portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The National Account Manager\/Customer Manager is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer KPIs: budget revenue, volume, profit, and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Driving a growth mindset and personal growth.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering best in class service, through engagement and cross functional collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Utilising category insight to drive competitive advantage for key customers.<\/li>\n<li>Executing and negotiating external JBPs.<\/li>\n<li>Including in commercial strategies market knowledge and trends.<\/li>\n<li>Driving the business\u2019s commitment to diversity and inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Providing a partnership approach with key customers.<\/li>\n<li>Creating the commercial brand plan which will align with the business\u2019s strategic objectives, category leadership and brand strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are keen to speak to National Account Managers\/Customer Managers\/ Business Account Managers who want strategic responsibility of a key customer within the business.
