This small team was created to solely provide administrative support to the wider teams that are made up of 4 departments consisting of 400 staff who  are predominantly production focussed therefore no two days are the same!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role will heavily involve supporting recruitment campaigns, arranging assessments and interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Taking actions and occasionally minutes in meetings<\/li>\n<li>Providing weekly FTE data to divisional managers<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;liaising with the Disclosure and Barring Service<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with managers regarding compliance and policy<\/li>\n<li>Supporting meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The opportunity would lend well to individuals who have Administration Management experience or Recruitment Administrators.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience required!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong administrative experience with a lean towards recruitment administration would be highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Experience within a fast paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Good Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li>A good team player!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Does this contract intrigue you?
