TeacherActive are hiring for a<strong>&nbsp;Compliance Resourcer<\/strong>&nbsp;to join our ambitious and established compliance team!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compliance Resourcer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary: &#163;25,000 per year&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Full time, Permanent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Address: Fifth Floor, Interchange Place, 151-165 Edmund St, Birmingham B3 2TA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Working Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 shifts on a weekly rota: <strong>07:30am &#8211; 4pm<\/strong> \/<strong> 08:30am &#8211; 5pm<\/strong> \/ <strong>9am &#8211; 5:30pm<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Early shift not required in school holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is Full time, Permanent role, you\u2019ll be working Monday \u2013 Friday. Please note this role is&nbsp;<strong>fully office based.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The role of a Compliance Resourcer;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring all required documents are collected, so candidates are cleared for work quickly and accurately by;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Chasing references over the phone&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Verifying References, Identification documents &amp; Candidates Right to Work in the UK&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring any gaps or anomalies in CV, DBS\u2019s or references are identified and rectified&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out appropriate checks to confirm candidates are still eligible to be placed into an education setting&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all documents on a candidates file meet the requirements of our Vetting and Selection Policy&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Exceeding expected Resourcer targets&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the high levels of activity required to exceed targets&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Working within TeacherActive\u2019s high levels of clearance standards&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with internal and external queries via telephone and email.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Working with Consultants to assist with the management&nbsp;of candidates, taking them from initial point of audit to ready to clear.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Keeping accurate records of any notes or telephone contacts with candidates using the company CRM&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the branch network to establish excellent lines of communication&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Embodying TeacherActive\u2019s culture and company values&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to high ethical and professional standards&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Reflecting on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills and development&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Performing additional adhoc checks as required&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key skills required;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of pre-employment checks and vetting candidates to be placed in school, childcare or similar settings&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Focus and drive to achieve individual and team targets&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for detail&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and enthusiastic&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a phone based environment&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits Include;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The most effective training and coaching programme in the industry, you will be working in a supportive, friendly, fun environment focussed on your success<\/li>\n<li>Fantastic career and promotion opportunities we are a fast moving and performance-orientated business with excellent rewards<\/li>\n<li>Reduced working hours in school holidays<\/li>\n<li>23 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increases with length of service and an extra day\u2019s annual leave on your Birthday and a life admin day to be taken when needed!<\/li>\n<li>Working from home allowance per annum&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Company run functions that celebrate success<\/li>\n<li>Excellent health care plan<\/li>\n<li>Champagne Fridays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this role sounds like something you\u2019ll succeed in please apply directly.
