REED Education are currently looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at an SEN school within Macclesfield. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of our students, and will have the skills and experience to effectively support their learning and development.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Planning and delivering high-quality and engaging lessons that meet the needs of individual students with special educational needs.<\/p>\n Assessing students’ progress and providing regular feedback to parents\/guardians and other teaching staff.<\/p>\n Developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and other support plans for students.<\/p>\n Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social and emotional development of all students.<\/p>\n Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all students.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.<\/p>\n A teaching qualification that meets QTS standards.<\/p>\n At least 2 years of experience teaching in an SEN setting.<\/p>\n Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and best practices.<\/p>\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n A passion for teaching and a commitment to student learning.<\/p>\n A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.<\/p>\n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive and dynamic team of educators who are dedicated to providing high-quality education to students with special educational needs.
