The BI Manager will need solid knowledge of relevant technologies including SQL, building ETL processes, PowerBi and understanding  of Salesforce or MS Dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>The role will require you to be based in the office a minimum of 2 or 3 days a week.<\/p>\n<p>This Business Intelligence Manager role will suit someone who has a background working as a BI\/SQL Database Developer or Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relational Database skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Working with Agile principles<\/li>\n<li>Experienced user of Excel including experience of data manipulation and the integration of Excel with SQL Server databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about technology and excited by the prospect of working with an innovative company<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply logical thinking to complex data problems<\/li>\n<li>Strong internal customer service ethic with a focus on service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Documentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with management to prioritize business and information needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide reports<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement data collection systems.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns<\/li>\n<li>Define new process improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is essential that all Business Intelligence Managers Developers have attention to detail and good organisation skills.
