Electrical Bias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#163;30.00 Per Hour &#8211; Outside IR35<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6-2\/2-10 Monday to Friday<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>gap technical are proud to be representing this market leading manufacturing business in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at their facility based in Runcorn<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To support the manufacturing process by responding effectively to equipment breakdowns, carrying out scheduled maintenance work and being proactive on the correction and modification of reoccurring machine processing faults.<\/li>\n<li>To respond effectively to equipment breakdowns and ensure maximum focus is given to their nominated production area<\/li>\n<li>To fault find in an effective and efficient manner whilst utilising the various machines historic \/ information documentation<\/li>\n<li>To establish harmonious relations with the operational staff and to work flexibly with them<\/li>\n<li>To train operational team members to perform minor maintenance tasks and to assist in major repairs<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that machinery is maintained and repaired to a high standard.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active in the reduction of engineering downtime and continuous improvement of the process and the department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidate will ideally of completed a timeserved engineering apprenticeship<\/li>\n<li>A background in Food\/FMCG\/Packaging Manufacturing will be a distinct advantage however not a prerequisite.<\/li>\n<li>You must be an excellent communicator and be able to plan and organise efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Cross skill training (Electrical to Mechanical Conversion)<\/li>\n<li>17th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations (minimum).<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of PLC&#8217;s with certified training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply &#8211;
