This is a key role where you will be optimising their business systems landscape, including Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink and Power BI<\/p>\n You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing effective solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance on best practices for these platforms across the company and their subsidiary.<\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI processes and functionalities. <\/p>\n Conduct in-depth analysis with our community to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement. <\/p>\n Design and configure solutions for Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI to address business needs, leveraging standard features and customisations. <\/p>\n Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and custom objects as required. <\/p>\n Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI, and other systems as needed<\/p>\n Manage data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts to maintain data integrity. <\/p>\n Provide training and support to end-users for Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI to ensure effective adoption of functionalities. <\/p>\n Act as the primary point of contact for related queries and issues. <\/p>\n Create and maintain Salesforce dashboard and reports along with Power BI reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights<\/p>\n Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver insightful visualisations. <\/p>\n Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides for Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI<\/p>\n Generate reports within the respective platforms to support decision-making. <\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n Join this team and enjoy a dynamic and enriching work environment, underscored by a commitment to empowerment, creativity, and community.
