Job Title – Sales Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n Location – Wokingham, Berkshire<\/strong><\/p>\n Hours – Full-time<\/strong><\/p>\n Salary – £25,000 – £28,000p.a. (depending on experience)<\/strong><\/p>\n Contract – Permanent<\/strong><\/p>\n Key Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n Manage sales enquiries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prepare quotations and proposals for clients<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coordinate with customers to process orders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Use internal CRM system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are readily available for timely order fulfilment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assist in the preparation of internal and external documents for the import and export process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and adherence to payment terms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assist in preparing regular sales reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proactively gather feedback from customers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n At least 1 years experience within administration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Organisation skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong communication skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Great customer service skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Keywords:<\/p>\n Sales administrator, sales, admin, customer service, account manager, retail, hospitality,<\/p>\n If this role sounds of interest to you, we would love to hear from you!
