This is a permanent role and we offer a starting salary of &#163;20,921pa, plus a shift allowance. <\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Production Operative you will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working on our food production lines, preparing various fresh produce for labelling<\/li>\n<li>Chopping and preparing fresh produce<\/li>\n<li>Picking and packing products<\/li>\n<li>Loading and unloading product onto the production lines<\/li>\n<li>Operating specialised machinery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shift pattern:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights.
