Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Work closely with the firm\u2019s Directors, supporting a vast portfolio of clients – becoming the trusted advisor for businesses across a wide range of sectors.<\/li>\n
- Review and provide input on monthly management reporting, including KPIs and summaries.<\/li>\n
- Lead the overall management of the firm, ensuring service excellence.<\/li>\n
- Provide line management to junior team members, including constructive mentorship.<\/li>\n
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are being met.<\/li>\n
- Provide technical support for team members, proactively knowledge sharing and fostering an educational working environment.<\/li>\n
- Lead quality control of deliverables, reviewing working and providing final input.<\/li>\n
- Nurture relationships with key partners and third parties.<\/li>\n
