We are open on your background  although with us you&#8217;ll be selling and partnering with both public and private hospital departments. <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/><strong>BASIC SALARY:<\/strong> &#163;45,000 &#8211; &#163;50,000 <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/><strong>BENEFITS:<\/strong><br \/>\u00b7 c&#163;4,000 &#8211; &#163;5,000 Bonus <br \/>\u00b7 24 Days Annual Leave <br \/>\u00b7 Car Allowance <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/><strong>LOCATION:<\/strong> This is a field based role, you&#8217;ll be covering the North, working from home, with the requirement to travel to our head office in Northampton once, quarterly. <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/><strong>COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS:<\/strong> Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, Liverpool, Stoke <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong> Account Manager &#8211; Healthcare (Public &amp; Private) <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/>Reporting to the Head of Sales, you&#8217;ll be instrumental in the continued growth of the patch (c&#163;350k last year). Building on strong foundations you&#8217;ll network through each client to ensure where possible there are sales across the range. Your consultative, partnership  style and approach will be key to your success. <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong> Account Manager, Healthcare (Public &amp; Private) <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/>\u00b7 Time split between 70% account management and 30% new business. <br \/>\u00b7 Managing, growing and networking through 100&#43; hospitals across the South East <br \/>\u00b7 Targeting Orthotic, Fracture, Physiotherapy clinics\/departments, creating relationships with a range of clinicians and clinical specialisms. <br \/>\u00b7 New business focus on the private sector. <br \/>\u00b7 Conduct regular and targeted market activities using our CRM, continually growing and improving the accuracy and relevancy of the data. <br \/>\u00b7 Provide training on our stock and bespoke manufactured class II medical device products. <br \/>\u00b7 Organise and represent the company at Local and National Healthcare Tradeshows. <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/><strong>PERSON SPECIFICATION:<\/strong> Account Manager, Healthcare (Public &amp; Private) <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/>This Account Manager role requires a consultative solution sale, so you&#8217;ll be able to ask the right questions to establish the clients needs and position our products in the most cost effective way possible. You&#8217;ll have a genuine trusted advisor \/ partnership  approach to your sales. <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/>We&#8217;re open to different business to business backgrounds \/ experiences, however, if you have knowledge of the NHS or particularly orthopaedics, orthotic, or rehabilitation this would be an added bonus but, as long as your approach is customer centric, you&#8217;ll  fit right in! <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/>You&#8217;ll have the ability to: <br \/>\u00b7 Demonstrate how you have networked via existing clients to build new business, as well as experience in maintaining those accounts. <br \/>\u00b7 Exhibit a solution oriented, consultative approach, with credible and professional communication skills. <br \/>\u00b7 Evidence commercial awareness &#8211; the ability to negotiate pricing and ensure strategic goals are achieved. <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/>Most importantly, you&#8217;ll be pro-active and self motivated, with strong initiative, someone who&#8217;s able to generate new business and follows up on opportunities. <br \/>&nbsp; <br \/><strong>COMPANY:<\/strong><br \/>&nbsp; <br \/>We are a well-established family run business based in Northampton and have been operating on a global scale for over 50 years.
