You will be required to create programs using CNC lathes on Mazak and Fanuc based machining  centres and be expected to understand drawings with close tolerances and be experienced in machining different types of materials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programming, setting and operating lathes.<\/li>\n<li>Reading from drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding critical features<\/li>\n<li>Writing, proving and running programs.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting problems.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously looking to improve methods and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Working with high precision machinery.<\/li>\n<li>Planning machining by studying works orders.<\/li>\n<li>Working to close tolerances on a variety of materials.<\/li>\n<li>Directly involved in continuous improvement programs and quality control.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.<\/li>\n<li>Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education, skills, and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced in work-holding methods and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably used Hypermill Camware or similar camware.<\/li>\n<li>To have some experience or training in robotics.<\/li>\n<li>Program Mazak\/Fanuc Machines.<\/li>\n<li>Apprentice trained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working hours will be Monday &#8211; Friday, 7.30 am- 4 pm (40 hours) with 2 x 15mins paid tea breaks and 30mins unpaid lunch break.<\/p>\n<p>In return our client offers a competitive salary.<\/p>\n<p>Market 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a variety of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, and Property\/Estate Agency as well as many more.
