Fusion People are actively recruiting for a <\/strong>Senior Project Manager\/Senior Mobilisation Manager<\/strong> to work on behalf of our trusted client in the Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Hampshire areas. <\/strong><\/p>\n A world leading infrastructure management business is looking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Project Manager\/Senior Mobilisation Manager (Director) to support the remobilization of static and mobile maintenance services in Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Hampshire. The value of the activities to be insourced in the first half of 2024 is circa £5m-£7m. This exercise will oversee the transformation of services from a subcontracted supply chain model of delivery into an in house delivery service.<\/p>\n The individual will have previous experience of leading mobilisation of significant supply chain change management exercises, with a clear understanding of enablement, operational, commercial\/financial and exit management requirements associated with such a task.<\/p>\n Key aspects of the successful candidate’s role profile are further detailed below<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Mobilisation\/project management experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Experience of leading and\/or mobilizing a hard service contracts and\/or significant supply chain reprocurement and reimplementation’s;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ability to put in place an appropriate governance structure in order to keep a clear line of site across all workstreams;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Experiencing in defining operational readiness requirements and post go live transition plans;<\/p>\n \u00b7 A working knowledge\/competency in MS Projects and Office 0365 requirements.<\/p>\n Operational and Commercial experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Experience of leading\/managing static and mobile multi-site engineering services, along with associated support services, such as scheduling\/planning, helpdesk services and works administration.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Oversight\/working knowledge of maintenance\/projects health and safety management systems and SSoW environment<\/p>\n \u00b7 A working knowledge of key HR\/people management requirements, including the TUPE process, onboarding and training<\/p>\n \u00b7 A working knowledge of Hard FM processes and CAFM system set up<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ability to work with the commercial\/financial function to set budgets and cost control protocols<\/p>\n \u00b7 Supply chain and procurement management appreciation, particularly in relation to spares and inventory management<\/p>\n \u00b7 A sound knowledge of management information suites and the requirements to set up data and MI to provide operational insight and daily performance monitoring (including jeopardy management approaches)<\/p>\n Qualifications\/General:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Degree qualified or equivalent within an engineering and\/or management discipline<\/p>\n \u00b7 Preferably an incorporated or chartered engineer<\/p>\n \u00b7 Health and Safety management qualification, such as Nebosh or IOSH highly favourable<\/p>\n \u00b7 Previous experience in Defence or Secure Environments highly preferably<\/p>\n \u00b7 Must hold an SC clearance (or be willing to go through security clearance process)<\/p>\n Preferred Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n –<\/strong>The ideal candidate would have mobilisation\/transition experience of maintenance contracts, ideally in an engineering critical space.
