This is a newly created role and a very exciting time for the business, and would offer fantastic career  progression for the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountability for analysing, forecasting, and reporting across all areas of the Commercial Finance.<\/li>\n<li>To provide and drive recommendations for margin improvement and provide guidance on investment decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the development of systems, processes and reporting to drive forward the team&#8217;s support to the wider business. <\/li>\n<li>Manage requests from HQ around the provision of information and strategy for and from the UK &amp; Ireland businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and Lead Ad-hoc projects that are required with a Finance and Strategic focus.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and develop the team to achieve and exceed their business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with senior staff to ensure adherence to guidelines and accounting standards and achieve department goals for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Be part of and contribute to the success of the Commercial Leadership Team and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified (ACA\/ACCA\/CIMA) candidate with extensive commercial and manufacturing experience.
