Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for a Retentions Advisor<\/strong> to work from their offices in Wrexham. <\/strong><\/p>\n

For the successful Retentions Advisor our client is offering:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Salary up to £25,000 per annum<\/li>\n
  2. Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm<\/li>\n
  3. Permanent position<\/li>\n
  4. Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The role – Retentions Advisor :
    <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer-focused to find the most suitable conclusion via inbound customer contact <\/li>\n
    2. Handle enquiries from initial conversation to resolution; providing new contract agreements where necessary<\/li>\n
    3. Manage complaints \/ feedback from customers to apply alternative services to meet customer expectations<\/li>\n
    4. Provide excellent customer service during each engagement via email, telephone and customer interaction<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      What our client is looking for in a Retentions Advisor:
      <\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Previous call handling experience and customer service resolution management via telephone call and email experience – ESSENTIAL<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Sales through service calls and\/or any negotiation as part of previous service-led roles – DESIRABLE<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Confident Communicator – ESSENTIAL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Key skills or similar Job titles<\/strong>: Retentions Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Complaint Hander, Account Manager, Post-Sales Account Manager  <\/p>\n

        Commutable From<\/strong>: Wrexham, Chirk, Chester, Deeside, Denbighshire, Cheshire, Flintshire  <\/p>\n
