Responsible for overseeing all HR functions with particular focus on general HR management, employee relations payroll, learning and recruitment. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to multitask in a challenging environment.<\/p>\n

First point of contact for all UK and International HR related queries across the business<\/p>\n

Monthly HR reporting and summery reports for the Board<\/p>\n
Create and maintain employee records and documentation<\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR matters<\/p>\n
Manager Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance management and disciplinaries<\/p>\n
Monitor Performance improvement plans with line managers, escalating to the disciplinary process if necessary<\/p>\n

Maintain payroll records<\/p>\n
Manage Employee Benefits<\/p>\n
