The environment is flexible, but they are on a mission, so the ideal candidates will be proactive, hardworking and eager to get stuck in!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying areas of opportunity through analysis and working across a variety of teams delivering insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Deep dive and exploratory analysis to understand customer behaviours\/user journeys, product, web and app performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Building strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels across the business, being confident to challenge ideas, be innovative and solve business problems<\/li>\n<li>Working collaboratively with the Product Managers to help shape the roadmaps<\/li>\n<li>Understand the strategic business goals, define suitable KPIs \u2013 monitor and report on these metrics.
