The Role Being an instrumental part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for guaranteeing a secure and healthy environment that adheres to all laws and regulations currently in place as well as future proofing for additional changes. <\/p>\n
This position is the next pivotal hire for the business and fundamental in ensuring that productivity prospers without negatively impacting employee\u2019s efficiency. Having a demonstrable background withing manufacturing is critical within this role. <\/p>\n
Further to the above your role will involve: <\/p>\n
\u2022 Developing and enforcing health and safety policies and leading safety initiatives <\/p>\n
\u2022 Conducting regular risk assessments, providing strategic recommendations and liaising with insurers to mitigate business risks <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensuring legal compliance, reporting obligations and contractor safety <\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborating with maintenance teams for equipment compliance.<\/p>\n
