This is why they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to join the growing team.<\/p>\n<p>With more than two decades of experience as independent, international IT distributors they have a reputation for exceeding our customers&#8217;? expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past 12 months our E-Commerce department has seen huge growth. Due to this we are looking to recruit a customer service assistant to join the growing team.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate would have previous experience in working in customer services for an online business with practical hands on experience dealing with stock, order processing and customer queries.<\/p>\n<p>Previous online marketplace experience would be preferred but is not essential.<\/p>\n<p>What is paramount is great customer service skills and the ability to work within deadlines to meet customer expectations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Roles will include but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review customer orders and handle customer queries via email and phone.<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer returns and liaise with warehouse team.<\/li>\n<li>Review and provide information about the status of customer returns.<\/li>\n<li>Be customer facing and handle messages and phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Returns and rejection management.<\/li>\n<li>Providing general customer service in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.<\/li>\n<li>Other peripheral business support administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will have\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Very strong organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent phone manner.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to use your own intelligence and intuition.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to use Microsoft Office Software and have a good grasp of IT and how to use customer management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience within a customer services team (preferred but not essential)<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude to achieve objectives<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>A real team player while being a self starter.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a full-time role based in their offices in Heywood.
