This will be a long term position with potential to be made permanent.<\/p>\n<p>You will have the experience of gaining experience working as a Support Assistant and forming positive relationships with staff and pupils in a diverse and positive environment whilst facilitating children to flourish within all areas of the curriculum.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be supporting children across EYFS with key group work and tailored interventions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the teacher and team to ensure children make excellent progress.<\/li>\n<li>Have high expectations and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child;<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n<li>Setting up the classroom for the day<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring&nbsp;safeguarding&nbsp;is kept to a high standard throughout the day<\/li>\n<li>Uphold a strong classroom presence whilst motivating and inspiring all pupils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must have previous experience supporting in a Primary School setting.<\/li>\n<li>You must have a CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a Level 3 in Child Care.<\/li>\n<li>If you have completed a CACHE qualification or have completed any volunteering Teaching Assistants posts, this may be a great opportunity and you must have at least 3 months school based experience in a UK Primary School setting<\/li>\n<li>PLEASE NOTE&nbsp;\u2013 candidates without a qualification but with&nbsp;<u>extensive<\/u>&nbsp;experience (paid or voluntary) are also welcome to apply, but you must be able to evidence a full class based role and provide examples of TA level responsibilities you have held.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Milk Difference:<\/p>\n<p>We are an environmentally-friendly education supply agency providing quality talent to local schools across the North West.
