I am delighted to be supporting a North East FMCG manufacturing business with the appointment of a Team Manager to join their manufacturing operations on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n
This role, which will be reporting to the Plant Manager, will be to lead and motivate a team to achieve success, you will lead by example and use clear and consistent communication through setting achievable expectations. As a strong leader, you will possess a number of qualities including good communication skills, empathy, and technical expertise, and develop and maintain healthy working relationships with your team.<\/p>\n
To succeed in this role, you will have previous manufacturing experience within an FMCG environment, where you have effectively led and managed a team through KPI delivery, effective people management, and strong communication skills. You will have experience with lean production techniques and experience leading from the front.<\/p>\n
