An exciting opportunity for a L&D Training Business Partner to join this London based public sector organisation in bringing their training function back in-house. <\/p>\n
Client Details<\/strong><\/p>\n A growing public sector organisation.<\/p>\n Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Reporting to the Head of HR, the L&D Training Business Partner will be responsible for: <\/p>\n Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n The successful L&D Training Business Partner will have a background working in a similar senior role building and developing training programmes and functions. <\/p>\n You will need to be someone who has previous experience and success of dealing with senior leadership teams to influence and develop the L&D \/ training department. This role will require you to attend board meetings.<\/p>\n It is essential that you have led on developing training programmes, delivering and facilitating training. <\/p>\n You must be available to work on a fixed term contract. <\/p>\n Job Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n A salary of £50,000 – £55,000 dependant on experience, plus an excellent benefits package. <\/p>\n If the roll-out of this in-house function is successful, there is the potential opportunity for this role to become permanent.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 17\/01\/2024\n
