About the Role:<\/p>\n
As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the Division. This will include:<\/p>\n
* Developing and implementing financial strategies and objectives
* Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements
* Managing the company’s treasury and cash flow
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations
* Providing financial advice and support to the senior management team<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department
* Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Develop and implement financial reporting and control systems
* Manage the company’s treasury and cash flow
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
* Provide financial advice and support to the senior management team<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
* Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis including costings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n
