This newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity for a tax expert to add value through their knowledge and experience, drive compliance processes, and increase their understanding of tax across the finance team and beyond.<\/p>\n
As Tax Manager, you will report directly to the Group Head of Tax and act as the go-to person for local Financial Controllers. You’ll have responsibilities for;<\/p>\n
* Provide regular ad hoc advice to the business
* Support R&D tax credit claim processes
* Contribute to the integration of acquired businesses into the Group’s tax processes
* Assist with year-end current and deferred tax provisioning and statutory disclosures.
* Managing relationships with all 3rd parties including HMRC<\/p>\n
To be successful in this role, you will have progressed through the ranks with a mix of indirect\/direct experience, You may be working for a firm of Tax Advisors and looking to make the switch to in-house, or you may be working in-house and looking for a step up in responsibility.<\/p>\n
