We are looking for a dynamic and motivated behaviour mentor\/ pastoral mentor who is looking to make a difference in education. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and ideally be looking to teach in the near future. You will be working closely with the students with behavioural issues and the senior leadership team.<\/p>\n
Experience of working young adults\/ Children.<\/p>\n
Have an enhanced up to date DBS (Or willing to process one) Ability to engage with and inspire young learners<\/p>\n

Role Summary – You’ll be working with students with various behaviour needs that need support on a 121 basis or in small groups. Monitor the corridors to identify students who should be in class. The successful individual will be working with students between the ages of 13-17 and the main aim is to incorporate students back into the classroom, you will need to be able to build a strong rapport with the students, be approachable and patient.<\/p>\n
