Very close-knit team who want a passionate and like-minded candidate.<\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/p>\n HR Advisor and supporting the full employee life cycle<\/p>\n Recruit and onboard new hires<\/p>\n Conduct performance management and provide feedback, implementing appraisal systems and structures<\/p>\n Managing payroll across permanent as well as contractors <\/p>\n Supporting the HR strategy and working on HR related projects<\/p>\n Experience<\/p>\n Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience<\/p>\n Experience in Human Resources Management (ideally as a HR Manager or above)<\/p>\n Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies<\/p>\n Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees<\/p>\n Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills<\/p>\n Attention to detail and good judgement<\/p>\n Interviews will commence asap in January 2024!<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 22\/01\/2024
