The role is split between 60% accounts work and 40% management duties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description for the Accounts Supervisor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Accounts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the accounts team and provide additional support where necessary, monitoring workload and output<\/li>\n<li>Manage purchase ledger, processing invoices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the general ledger is accurate<\/li>\n<li>Manage escalation of customer queries and complaints<\/li>\n<li>To think outside the box to enable resolution of any issues in relation to invoice payments<\/li>\n<li>To consider any personal and business improvements<\/li>\n<li>Support in hitting team targets<\/li>\n<li>Work with the finance team to ensure the month end deadline is reached<\/li>\n<li>Support the company in maintaining financial performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure peak operations for the business and implement preventive measure for potential issues<\/li>\n<li>Implement policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal and external resources<\/li>\n<li>Respond to requests and questions about office operations<\/li>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day office activities as a main point of contact, and keep management informed regularly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at senior level<\/li>\n<li>Accounts experience in credit control and sales ledger essential<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Sage 50 or Sage 200 experience essential<\/li>\n<li>Excel knowledge essential<\/li>\n<li>Experience in office management essential<\/li>\n<li>Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility and excellent multitasking and organisational ability<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving approach to work<\/li>\n<li>The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Manage your workload and supervise others concurrently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine your good teamworking skills and confidence in leading and motivating a team in this interesting role that combines office management and a variety of accounts work.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 19\/01\/2024<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 5<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center;
