My client, a top tier Legal 500 firm based in the heart of Manchester city centre are in the market for a highly skilled, technical and experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join their successful and busy team. It’s a fantastic and unique opportunity to join a close-knit, liked-minded team with a strong track record of successfully handing complex commercial litigation matters, including disputes related to contracts, shareholder agreements, debt recovery, settlements, professional negligence, property and construction disputes.<\/p>\n
As a Commercial Litigation Partner, your day-to-day duties may include supervising the junior team members providing guidance and advice to continue to strengthen the team. The candidate will have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, is personable and can work well as part of a team, has a keen eye for detail and is confident in their own abilities.<\/p>\n
