Our client is presently in search of a skilled Finance Manager to become part of their continuously expanding team.<\/p>\n

The role:<\/p>\n
Responsible for the monthly consolidated management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and Key metrics) and information packs reporting to the Financial Controller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Continuous improvement of the Group’s monthly financial reporting process and controls including intercompany.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Regular review and substantiation of the Group balance sheet and key controls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Provide technical accounting expertise and maintain the Group’s accounting and financial policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Assist with the consolidation and preparation of annual statutory financial statements for Group entities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Assist with the planning and execution of the Groups year end audit to ensure it is delivered on time and to budget.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Ensure the Group financial control environment is robust and all financial reporting requirements across the company are met to a high standard. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Identify opportunities to strengthen the financial control environment and manage the resulting implementation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Other Group Finance Manager activities as required to support the Group Financial Controller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Strong management reporting experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Proven relevant accounting experience and technical knowledge (Financial \/ Management information)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong attention to detail and a controls-focus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Team player committed to ensuring that the overall team objectives are met<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
ACCA \/ CIMA \/ ACA qualified would be preferential<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
