About you:
You will be someone who can:
\u2022 Understand the challenges facing a modern business and its key requirements. You will be able to demonstrate and articulate the value Access solutions bring to an organisation.
\u2022 Be able to understand the wider business issues of our customers as well as the detailed technical implementation activities required by our projects.
\u2022 Communicate with prospects in an engaging way both in person and over video conferencing technology.
\u2022 The ability to translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions and a proven track record of success.
\u2022 Overcome technical and business process challenges throughout the sales cycle.
\u2022 Demonstrate solid understanding of how our projects are implemented and supported
\u2022 Be a great internal networker, and build strategic relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams where appropriate.
\u2022 To be considered you must have previous software implementation, pre-sales or sales experience in one or more similar products to the Access suite<\/p>\n
Day-to-day, you will:
\u2022 Translation of client business requirements into proposed system solutions.
\u2022 Preparation of specific datasets and databases to demonstrate client-specific concepts.
\u2022 In-depth configuration of the software to deliver a specific set of requirements.
\u2022 Modification of the software to demonstrate proof of concept solutions.
\u2022 Creation of customised workflows and processes using the Access technology stack.
\u2022 Demonstrating the above in a client setting or in a webinar environment.
\u2022 Providing additional technical or industry knowledge in sales meetings to support the sales person in front of the client.
\u2022 Supporting the sales and marketing team at general events, seminars and webinars
\u2022 Providing additional answers and advice with ITT’s and RFP’s
\u2022 Providing education to the sales team on new product enhancements where appropriate
\u2022 Lead discovery processes to ensure we carry out effective customer demonstrations and add value to the sales process, to show the Access product stack provides solutions to the prospects specific and industry challenges.
\u2022 Create video content to support the digital sales strategy as required.
\u2022 Work with product & development teams to ensure industry and customer challenges are anticipated and identified.<\/p>\n
Your skills and experiences might also include:
\u2022 Previous Experience in a PreSales, senior sales or implementation role.
\u2022 If lacking in PreSales experience then good general software and IT knowledge and broad construction knowledge, financial experience in construction especially desirable.
\u2022 Act with integrity, loyalty and honesty.
\u2022 Ability to engage with key stakeholders from a wide range of roles and seniority within a prospect organisation.
\u2022 Able to work on own initiative.
\u2022 Ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
\u2022 Able to prioritise a demanding workload.
\u2022 Self-motivated.
\u2022 Excellent time management skills.
\u2022 Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written.
\u2022 Attention to detail.
\u2022 Develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
\u2022 Demonstrate a positive approach.
\u2022 Show a commitment to self-development and lifelong learning.
\u2022 Travel and overnight stays where required.<\/p>\n
