Due to continued expansion our client is looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.<\/p>\n – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.<\/p>\n – Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n – Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations online to potential clients.<\/p>\n – Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.<\/p>\n – Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate reports.<\/p>\n – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.<\/p>\n – Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective sales strategies.<\/p>\n – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.<\/p>\n – Proficient in using Microsoft and CRM software for lead management and tracking.<\/p>\n – Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.<\/p>\n In return:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Competitive basic salary £24-27k.<\/p>\n – Uncapped monthly commission, double OTE. £48k<\/p>\n – Great incentivised office environment, company events.<\/p>\n – Career progression into field sales or sales management.<\/p>\n – 25 days holiday a year, company pension.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 05\/02\/2024
