If you are looking to join a friendly, fast paced team then this could be the perfect role for you. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong> Service Coordinator<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours:<\/strong> Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm <\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Sheffield | On site parking<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong> Up to &#163;23,500pa &#43; 33 days holiday, progression opportunities &amp; free parking<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering and handling calls within the service department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising with customers, logging breakdowns and dealing with queries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising and support Service Engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling workloads for Service Engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with planning and organising routine service tests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and arranging parts for service visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying required parts for service visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong customer service &amp; administration skills are required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working in a Service department would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication &amp; organisation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply directly to the role or for further support contact Jess Nortrop on <\/p>\n<p>Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
