We are looking for someone with some experience in either facilitating or training delivery. Our aim is to go The Xtra Mile for our customers and theirs, driving real  change and tangible results, operating across multiple geographies to deliver the highest quality service to support the engineering, healthcare, and technology sectors.?<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivering blended learning across the businesses (recruitment, consultancy, head office) both F2F and online.<\/li>\n<li>Designing and delivering systems training to new and existing users.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous design, maintenance, and delivery of training.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the on-boarding of new people to the business.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing the e-learning L&amp;D platform.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the ongoing development of our assessment offering.<\/li>\n<li>Designing and developing additional learning solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships with existing system providers to get training support.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the apprenticeship process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to delivering &amp; evolving our Learning &amp; Development offering, you\u2019ll be involved with supporting career &amp; promotional opportunities and driving competency standards.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Skills:<\/p>\n<p>This exciting role will appeal to someone who is energetic, enjoys collaborating and developing others, takes pride in their work and always strives for excellence.
