Day-to-day duties including gathering data, processing new business, issuing letters of authority, client file preparation and provider liaison<\/p>\n
IN this Business, for a paraplanner, this will be report writing, admin, researching nothing too technical and quite simple financial administration and a maximum salary of 36k.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Preparing illustrations and reports for client meetings<\/p>\n \u2022 Managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensuring that the business obtained is being processed compliantly and to deadlines<\/p>\n \u2022 Processing new business<\/p>\n \u2022 Providing support to the advisers and other junior admin\/paraplanners<\/p>\n \u2022 Providing admin support to a pension transfer specialist on Defined Benefit cases<\/p>\n \u2022 Develop product, technical and regulatory knowledge to keep up to date with latest financial regulation<\/p>\n The Person:<\/p>\n \u2022 This role would suit a competent, confident, IT proficient and professional Paraplanner who enjoys using their initiative and has a \u2018can do\u2019 working style<\/p>\n \u2022 You will have significant industry experience in the technical aspects and administration of IHT and\/or Pension and\/or Investment products<\/p>\n \u2022 You are highly organised and have excellent communication skills<\/p>\n \u2022 You enjoy delivering excellent client service<\/p>\n Required experience:<\/p>\n \u2022 Strong work ethic with an attitude to succeed<\/p>\n \u2022 Enjoys being part of a team<\/p>\n \u2022 Multiple years\u2019 experience<\/p>\n \u2022 Key understanding with the full range of financial products<\/p>\n \u2022 Approachable, professional, and ambitious<\/p>\n \u2022 Proficient in systems such as Microsoft 365 and Intelligent Office<\/p>\n \u2022 Diploma for financial advice qualification would be beneficial<\/p>\n As outlined, if you have done paraplanning mixed with financial administration please apply.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 24\/01\/2024
