If you pride yourself on providing exceptional customer service, and want to join a forward-thinking team, then this is the role for you.<\/p>\n This is an office-based role at our Worthing West Sussex Head Office, but we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements for the successful candidate.<\/p>\n Responsibilities and duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Timely creation of customer quotations for repeat sales to ensure existing account retention.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Working with the French speaking Account Managers to send prospecting information, client proposals, samples etc.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Maintaining our reputation of providing an exemplary customer experience.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Supporting and maximising the efficiency of the team by answering incoming calls to the business and responding to emails.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Populating and maintaining our CRM system with accurate notes and adding new prospecting leads\/opportunities\/cases etc.<\/p>\n \u00b7 General administration support such as supplier and new account forms, invoice and delivery queries.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Assisting the sales and marketing teams with dynamic marketing ‘out-reach\u2019 projects.<\/p>\n What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Fluent French (both spoken and written).<\/p>\n \u00b7 Strong customer service experience (two years preferred).<\/p>\n \u00b7 Pace and precision to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and customer service at all times.<\/p>\n \u00b7 A team player.
