Over the last few years, the business has seen tremendous growth, moving through the gears with particular strength in the e-commerce, travel and automotive  markets &#8211; working with businesses with an annual digital marketing spend in excess of &#163;1m. The company structure is deliberately flat, and everyone gets a chance to provide input either at a product, customer service or company level.<\/p>\n<p>Spike are looking for a driven, collaborative and analytical SEO Specialist to join the team in their Leeds City Centre office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We\u2019re looking for someone who:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has a clear understanding of customer objectives and who can suggest and implement relevant SEO strategies to achieve them<\/li>\n<li>Has skills in the build &amp; optimisation of large-scale Google Ads accounts, encompassing Search, Display and Shopping ad formats<\/li>\n<li>Has the ability to explain to the customer in clear, non-technical language the purpose of any SEO actions and desired outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Can implement best practice technical SEO and develop new methods- covering local, country level and multilingual organic search whilst keeping up to date with the very latest blogs and knowledge of SEO best practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 &#43; years\u2019 experience in SEO either an agency or client side.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of the latest search engine technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>The desire to continually learn and better yourself<\/li>\n<li>The ability to have fun at work is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With a strong emphasis on technical SEO, you will be working with the team to provide new and creative SEO methods to support the wider marketing goals for clients.
