Full training will be provided.<\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Contact clients to discuss their needs and provide advice and support in respect of policy compliance, obtaining cover, and reporting over dues.<\/p>\n To provide advice and support on claims and over dues, processing claims promptly, and seeking to ensure the best client outcome.<\/p>\n To assist in ensuring that client\u2019s renewal proposals are presented in accordance within FCA Requirements and in line with the companies pre agreed time scales<\/p>\n To file all relevant paperwork and electronic messages as directed and in accordance with Credit Risks filing protocols.<\/p>\n Obtain referrals and new business for other members of the group<\/p>\n To at all times comply with FCA regulation and company procedures<\/p>\n Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum 5 GCSE, Grades A-C including English and Maths.<\/p>\n Experience of working in Credit \/ Financial Services (preferred)<\/p>\n Client service and administrative experience, adhering to processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, to support client service delivery.<\/p>\n Organised with good time management skills working to agreed priorities.<\/p>\n Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal colleagues.<\/p>\n Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 30\/01\/2024
