Your role will be pivotal in maintaining efficient portfolio management, ensuring effective work and top-notch customer service delivery.<\/p>\n
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: Up to £24,000
Hours: Full time – Monday – Friday<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Pursue recovery of Insurer Clients’ expenses where third-party liability exists.
* Guide claims staff to safeguard recovery prospects.
* Initiate work on high-value losses early, emphasising legal recoverability.
* Review and prepare cases for solicitors’ support, managing in-house cases when suitable.
* Manage ongoing debt cases pursued by solicitors within authority or advise the Team Leader.
* Recommend discontinuation of recovery in low-success scenarios.
* Record complaints accurately and promptly in the system.
* Maintain audit success rates of 95% or higher.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Manage workload and meet KPIs with effective communication.
* Strategically plan and execute initiatives within agreed timelines.
* Maintain technical expertise through continuous learning.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Adaptability in communication approaches.
* Tact and assertiveness in handling distressed customers.
* Self-motivation and ability to motivate peers.
* Capacity to take on increased responsibility.
* Teamwork capability with proactive individual work ethic.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in motor claims.
* Previous involvement in insurance claims recovery.<\/p>\n
