As a Teaching Assistant in the Foundation Stage, you will play a vital role in supporting the  learning and development of young children during this crucial stage of their education.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Foundation Stage teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons.<\/li>\n<li>Support individual and small-group activities to enhance children&#8217;s early learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive and nurturing environment that encourages exploration and creativity.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation and organisation of learning materials and resources.<\/li>\n<li>Provide one-on-one support to children with additional learning needs, if required.<\/li>\n<li>Support daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play, and transitions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and record children&#8217;s progress, reporting observations to the class teacher.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage positive social interactions and emotional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working in a Foundation Stage setting is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Foundation Stage curriculum.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to undergo background checks and clearances as required by the school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pay rate &#8211;
