This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join the Finance  team with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development for an enthusiastic and motivated individual. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An award winning quantitative trading and investment firm in Financial Services. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Accounts payable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inputting and coding purchase orders and invoices accurately into the purchase order system and ensuring all items are processed in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Processing supplier payments<\/li>\n<li>Managing supplier relationships and dealing promptly with queries<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring procurement controls are enforced, maintained and developed upon<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and manage relationships with internal procurement teams<\/li>\n<li>Aged creditor analysis<\/li>\n<li>Supplier statement reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Processing employee expenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cash management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Posting cash entries into the accounting system<\/li>\n<li>Cash monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role is necessary: we deliberately look to avoid setting arbitrary criteria on the level of experience you have, as most importantly, we want to find the best person for the job. We want to emphasise though that this  isn&#8217;t a role for someone who is looking to &#8216;test the waters&#8217; to see if this career path is one for them.
