The role is responsible for<\/p>\n
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting within regulatory deadlines.<\/p>\n
Undertake 1st line assurance activity to ensure adherence to the Organisation\u2019s controls and quality assurance framework within the frontline operations teams.<\/p>\n
Conduct in depth design effectiveness reviews across key processes within Operations, collating improvements and driving change as required.<\/p>\n
Carry out investigations into potential fraudulent activity, maintain clear logs and providing guidance to Customer Services.<\/p>\n
Handle Data Subject Access Requests in an accurate and timely manner, within regulatory deadlines.<\/p>\n
Responsible for daily maintenance and accuracy of the company\u2019s internal and external Knowledge Base systems, ensuring any change is controlled and delivered.<\/p>\n
Skills \/ Experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous experience in a control\u2019s environment, ideally within Financial Services<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience of sampling processes and quality standards<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience of providing effective feedback and coaching<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong understanding of risk and controls management in an operations department.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong analytical and data analysis skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to influence and persuade others<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to use Excel skills to analyse data effectively and produce clear reports.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Effective, concise professional communication and presentation skills. Ability to tailor complex information to the appropriate level for an audience to gain buy-in to proposals, recommendations or concepts.<\/p>\n
\u2022 A self-starter, with the ability to work independently on specified tasks and projects with the minimum of supervision.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy maintained<\/p>\n
