Youth Engagement Coordinator – Southampton<\/p>\n
Located in Southampton, a Sheltered Housing facility for people aged 16-25.<\/p>\n
37.5 hours per week<\/p>\n
Monday – Friday<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities;<\/p>\n
– Develop, promote and deliver engaging and relevant activities and programmes on a daily basis to young people<\/p>\n
– Undertake risk assessments and support planning<\/p>\n
– Assist with the selection and induction of those applying for accommodation.<\/p>\n
Person Specification;<\/p>\n
– Demonstrable experience of programme delivery in youth, adult or community-based service<\/p>\n
– Experience working with young people who have complex needs<\/p>\n
