{"id":2651,"date":"2023-12-19T22:32:05","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T22:32:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/supply-chain-campaign-management-specialist-2\/"},"modified":"2023-12-19T22:32:05","modified_gmt":"2023-12-19T22:32:05","slug":"supply-chain-campaign-management-specialist-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/supply-chain-campaign-management-specialist-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Supply Chain Campaign Management Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Appcast Enterprise<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 19\/12\/2023<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timely goods receipts in SAP for batches manufactured at CMOs to allow batches to be shipped\/released in line with supply plans and creation of inspection lots for fill and packs from CMO.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the correct campaign dates within Seqirus systems for planned manufacturing at CMO during campaign to drive accurate release prediction.&nbsp; Input of split batches in trackers and Rapid Response<\/li>\n<li>Management of CMO inventory in SAP, working with Finance and KAM to ensure all redundant material is correctly dispositioned and system inventory is aligned to physical CMO inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Management of CMO campaign trackers, working with CMOs, Global Logistics, QA and Supply Chain teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Verification of Tracker data vs conditional release documents.<\/li>\n<li>Track campaign progress, evaluate and correctly communicate across the organisation using transparent and consistent data to drive decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Management of sample shipment, ensuring sample shipment tracker is accurate, liaising with Global logistics, Quality and CMOs to ensure timely shipment of samples.<br \/>Support the CMO campaign monitoring and decision-making process through the creation and development of analytical tools and BI reporting. Championing and drive digital opportunities and integration with CMOs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English fluent (speaking and writing).<\/li>\n<li>Proven supply chain relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated organisation skills to manage external companies through KPIs and negotiation experience.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills exercised in a Supply Chain environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with the ability to effectively manage detail when required and the knowledge to know when that is required.<\/li>\n<li>A self-starter with the drive to seek out new solutions and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure they are delivered.<\/li>\n<li>SAP (or similar) ERP system dexterity and understanding, strong excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Modelling tools in Excel and using business software to drive solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates clearly and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with ambiguity, able to distil key decisions from complex data and environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Power BI<\/li>\n<li>Understands Seqirus manufacturing technology or has the technical capability to grasp this technology and its evolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and\/or educational requirements.
