Financial Service Administrator – Market Harborough £ 25 – £ 28K DOE
Hybrid 2\/3 day in office
We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator with previous experience of working in a financial administration role.
The Role
You would be responsible for all administration for life, pensions and investments ensuring everything is handled efficiently in accordance with applicable timeframes.
Key Duties
* Creating new client packs, preparing, and processing authority letters, and ensuring relevant documents are uploaded.
* Performing relevant anti money laundering checks and checking compliance documentation is completed.
* Use client database to track new business and current position, updating planner accordingly.
Skills required
* Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
* Excellent communication skills verbal & written.
* Minimum of one year working in a financial services Admin role.
* Good IT skills including Excel.
* Methodical and detail orientated. <\/p>\n
