Our clients are a well known and successful estate agents based in the Cheam area and they are looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Senior sales negotiator or sales negotiator to join the team.<\/p>\n
To be considered for the role you must have a minimum of one years experience in the industry, live local to the area, be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS office and estate agency software systems, be a car owner, as well as smart, articulate and have good attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Duties will include but not limited to:<\/p>\n
Register and service applicants.<\/p>\n
generate and carry out sales valuations.<\/p>\n
Book and carry out viewings.<\/p>\n
Negotiate sales with all parties.<\/p>\n
Communicate with third parties.<\/p>\n
Administration duties.<\/p>\n
Write up property details.<\/p>\n
Assist the team with the general day to day business.<\/p>\n
Five day week including Saturdays.<\/p>\n
