You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest quality of care and  support. Your experience will ideally come with the Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent or a full commitment to complete the qualification (financial support will be provided for this).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with the leadership team to drive successful registration with Ofsted including significant input into recruitment, systems, and policies &amp; procedures<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee daily operations of the home<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and supervision to your team<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement high quality care plans and risk assessments to keep our children safe and happy<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the home<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ability to supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience of working within a similar setting and managing Ofsted inspections<\/li>\n<li>Have preferably already obtained the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or are committed to achieving the qualification (financial support will be provided)<\/li>\n<li>Ideally hold a full UK driving licence<\/li>\n<li>Passion and commitment to making a positive difference to the lives of young people<\/li>\n<li>Resilient and strong communicator<\/li>\n<li>Proactive approach with ideas for continual improvements in all areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#163;65k base salary plus up to 10k bonus based on realistic targets<\/li>\n<li>A career path and development opportunities as the company grows<\/li>\n<li>Generous refer a friend scheme<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive training and support, including financial assistance to complete the L5 Diploma and other relevant training and qualifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for energetic and creative candidates to be part of the creation of a new service.
