A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on one of their high-profile critical contracts in the Docklands, London. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development. <\/p>\n
The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a continental shift pattern, days and nights, the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild \/ NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.<\/p>\n

Duties<\/p>\n
* PPMs & Reactive maintenance
* Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on\/off load tests), UPS, LV\/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
* Organising subcontractors
* Quotations
* Health & Safety
* Logbooks
* Risk assessments
* Permits to work<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
* City & Guilds \/ NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
* Career driven and motivated
* Polite and personable<\/p>\n
