The Role:
As a Personal Injury Locum Solicitor in our firm, you will handle a diverse range of cases, with a particular focus on Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employers’ Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL). This role demands an individual who is adept at managing cases involving union clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and expertise.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases, including RTA, EL, and PL claims.
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients, many of whom are union members.
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court, if necessary.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and practice.
* Work collaboratively with our legal team to ensure the highest standard of service. <\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
* Must be a Scottish-qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate.
* Proven experience in personal injury law, particularly in RTA, EL, and PL.
* Strong track record of dealing with union clients.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. <\/p>\n
