This Regional Sales Manager is a classic territory sales role covering Southern England & South Wales managing an established area with a 60% – 40% split between account management and business development selling packaging machinery mainly to the food industry.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:<\/strong> Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager – packaging machinery, industrial machinery – food industry
\u00b7 You BI have a proven track record in field sales working for an industrial, technical or manufacturing company ideally selling capital equipment or a technical solution to manufacturers.
\u00b7 Any experience of selling into the food industry or of selling packaging machinery would be advantageous but is not essential as the company will provide full product training in the UK & Europe and full technical sales support on an ongoing basis.
\u00b7 You will ideally be a qualified engineer.
THE COMPANY:<\/strong>
Working for a well established and market leading UK sales & service office for a European manufacturer of form fill and seal bag making packaging machinery supplied mainly to the food industry. Full technical sales support and mentoring will be offered to the successful applicant.
I have recruited for this company for over 10 years and have placed managers, sales people & service engineers with them, most of whom are still there.
