{"id":2525,"date":"2023-12-18T05:00:06","date_gmt":"2023-12-18T05:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/loan-officer-korean-speaking\/"},"modified":"2023-12-18T05:00:06","modified_gmt":"2023-12-18T05:00:06","slug":"loan-officer-korean-speaking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/loan-officer-korean-speaking\/","title":{"rendered":"Loan Officer (Korean Speaking)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Konnect Personnel Ltd<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a327,000 &#8211; \u00a332,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 18\/12\/2023<\/p>\n<p>Our client, a reputable bank headquartered in Korea is looking to hire a Loan Officer (Korean Speaking) to work in their London branch. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Position: Loan Officer (Korean Speaking)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An officer responsible for the assistant function of the Bank&#8217;s loan business<\/li>\n<li>The post holder is also expected to prepare various statistical reports requested for supervisory purposes from Korea including the Parent Bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Senior Managers for all aspects of the Bank\u2019s loan book.<\/li>\n<li>Should conduct all duties following the Bank\u2019s internal regulations such as &quot;BRPPS&quot;. <\/li>\n<li>Support loan approvals\n<ul>\n<li>Collect KYC documents and perform KYC due diligence for new counterparties.<\/li>\n<li>Collect the credit information of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Check the current credit exposure to the borrower and\/or guarantors of a new transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Support Signing loan agreements.\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing the draft agreement and other finance documents.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and file original documents relating to loan agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Support disbursements.\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and review documents relating to disbursements.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain transaction files on ABIS system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Conduct post-loan management.\n<ul>\n<li>Renew KYC periodically for existing counterparties.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on interest, principal, and\/or fee payment dates and amounts.<\/li>\n<li>Make payment notices to borrowers in case of bilateral loans.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the credit status of borrowers\/guarantors from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare an annual review of loan facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documents requested by internal or external auditors with regard to loan business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Korean regulatory and statistical reports for FSS and the Parent Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as may be reasonably requested by the line manager relating to loan business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
